Tips and benefits from hiking


Benefits from hiking are many. My favorite is the mental clarity that an occasional outing provides. Navigating the terrain of a trail puts you squarely in the present moment and that’s a powerful place to be.
Hiking can be an awesome cardio workout and the view from the trail is so much more interesting than the view from your treadmill.

The feeling of accomplishment that comes from finishing a section of trail leads you to the realization that you can do anything you set your mind to.

I’ve seen hiking mend the rifts in relationships between father and son, husband and wife and the priceless outdoor memories created among friends you’ll cherish for the rest of your life.
